Thanks to my brother-in-law I am now a member of facebook. In some ways I would like to say thank you to him in other ways I would like to curse his name. I have been spending too much time on facebook tracking down people I have not spoken to or seen in a number of years. A lot of the people are people who I have thought about and wondered what they were up to. It's been nice to get back in touch with many of them and see what has been happening in their lives. So for that I say thank you Danny! Now I also have to curse you because of all the different groups and applications I have joined and just can't stop doing. Mob Wars is just one of those and even though it's stupid I find myself sitting at the computer way to often to play it. So curse you Danny. And I have to say JA and Seth for bringing me to the dark side. Have a wonderful day.

The Daffodil Principle

This morning I stumbled onto this story about a grandmother who kept putting off a trip to see the daffodils here daughter kept telling her she had to come see. She finally made the two hour drive in the fog and rain and still didn't want to get back in the car to go see the daffodils. Her daughter insisted and took her anyway and the mom was glad she did. I Stumbled across this today and thought I would share. You would never find me doing this since I am scared of heights and I would never pay the exhorbrant amount of money it costs to do this. Really I think this is almost the stupidest thing I have ever heard of.

Keeping In Touch

I have really enjoyed blogging. It was been a wonderful ways to keep family and friends updated on what is going on with the CarMatt's. It has also been a great place to keep a journal of sorts, all the funny things the kids say and do, my thoughts on parenting, life and activities, general happenings, vactions, etc. I just wish more of my friends would start blogging so it was easier to keep up with them and their happenings. So start a blog my friends and let me know so I can keep up with what you are doing, like having babies. :)

Trouble with Flickr Account

I want to download new pictures to my flickr account but at the moment I can not. We switched from SBC global to comcast and Matt forgot to change my account with flickr so I can't log into my account anymore. Matt said he would work on it for me, so hopefully I can download new pictures soon.

Trouble With Pictures

We've been having trouble with downloading pictures from our camera. The pictures are fine while on the camera but for some reason as soon as they are downloaded they get corrupted. They look fine as long as they are in a smaller version but as soon as you try to view them at 100 percent they look corrupted. I found this out after trying to make a photo book on Shutterfly. Matt thought he had it corrected but after returning form my trip to Tennessee I tried downloading the pictures and it happened again except this time the computer wouldn't download. I did get it to view from Windows Media so I am moving pictures to Flickr so that I can use them on Shutterfly. So enjoy the pictures. We are trying a new memory card and I am going to try to burn all of these from Matt's computer just incase it is because of the Windows Vista or something. I just have to find the USB cable.
