BBQ
One of my menu items for the week is BBQ. I bought a Boston Butt Pork Roast at the grocery store on Friday and put it in the crock pot yesterday after church. Last night I put it in a pan to cool and this morning I began the tedious process of pulling the meat from the bone and fat. As I pulled I remarked to Matt that this was the reason I don't make BBQ very often. It is messy and tedious. Matt's reply, "It's worth it though." My response was, "You're not doing it." Just like a man. :)
