Our MOPS coordinator is moving so our MOPS group met at the Gymnastics Center for a playdate during open gym time. I was looking forward to seeing how the kids played on the equipment because I have been thinking about getting them both classes. It surprised me to find that Abby was not keen on playing with much of the equipment except for the indoor playground area. She wouldn't jump on the tramploine, but that may have been because they are a part of the floor. Gabriel on the other hand explored everything and asked the gym worker countless questions. Maybe that would be a good choice for him to burn off some excess energy.
A friend of mine also told me that t-ball sign ups are starting soon. That is also something to consider.
