Today is my mother's birthday. Tonight my brother's and sister's family are getting together at my sister's house to celebrate her birthday I really wish we could be there but I can't travel right now.
And Mom the kids really miss you and can't wait to see you again. We all love you and hope that your birthday is wonderful.

Why can't you travel? I went out of town at 31 weeks and hiking in the Smokies at 34 weeks.
You give birth by putting down the clothes basket, walking to the corner, breathing funny for a second, then coming back to your basket with something attached to your chest.
Carmen can't sit in a car for 7 or 8 hours at a time anymore.
Traveling in the car for that long irritates my sciatic nerve and causes my feet to swell more than normal. Like Matt said I just sit in the car for that long no matter how many times I get out and walk.
